The Mastic Epoxy Primer is a two-component epoxy primer designed for painting all metal surfaces, including aluminum and galvanized steel. It is recommended for use on slightly corroded surfaces and on surfaces that have been painted recently, as it provides excellent adhesion to surfaces that have been previously painted with alkyd, epoxy, polyurethane, etc., paints without the need for sandblasting. It also exhibits high resistance to saltwater and various chemicals and meets the requirements for corrosion protection in industrial and marine applications.
Stir well before use. Apply and let dry at temperatures ranging from 10 to 35 °C. Mix only the quantity to be used immediately. Store at temperatures between 5 and 40 °C for up to 1 year. Protect from high temperatures.
